I'm sorry to keep writing in about this, but I was just at the supermarket
and saw that there are amaranth flakes that are like corn flakes. Those are
NOT the type I used in this recipe. I used the uncooked, toasted, rolled
ones that cook into hot cereal and can be used like oatmeal. I just want to
make sure no one tries making the recipe with the cold cereal version.
