I think it was basically unanimous that it is OK to freeze cooked fish.  A
few people pointed out that it may reheat better if it had some sort of
sauce, and that reheating in the microwave might change the consistency.
Some suggested that since it takes such a short time to cook thin filets, it
may be just as easy to freeze flounder/sole type fish raw.

Also, mushrooms are definitely gluten free.  The woman who originally
questioned me must have had a problem somewhere down the line with canned
mushrooms or mushroom soup, etc.
