Folks:

I was wondering if GF Buckwheat flakes would be a "good" substitute for the
amaranth flakes. Most of the non-GF baking recipes that call for oatmeal I
have been able to replace one for one with Buckwheat flakes. By the way,
Buckwheat flakes are usually readily available at your local health food
store or you can visit the Glutino website at www.glutino.com and search for
buckwheat.
