Hi, I got quite a few responses to my question about Toll House Cookies. One
was to take the regular recipe but substitute Gluten Free French Bread Mix
for the flour. (1-1) Also a lot of people told me that they use the flour
mix recommended by Betty Hageman. Also I got a lot of responses suggesting I
also add a package of vanilla instant pudding. Some just suggested using
any GF flour and a teaspoon of xanthan gum. I also got lot of actual recipes
but honestly, they were too numerous to send. I probably myself would try
the Toll House recipe on the bag and substitute GF flour.
