Hi, got many replies on this subject. sounds about 70 % of you already =
knew this and say it is ok but here is a post that we should probably =
all read. thanks for the replies! dan.

Your information needs some clarification. Alcohols and vinegars are
OK in their pure, distilled state, however some products have MALT
added back to the pure distillate. In that case NOT ALL vinegars and
NOT ALL alcohols are acceptable. Please repost your message and make
this distinction very clear, as many members of this list service take
each and every word at face value and may consume an alcohol or vinegar
product containing malt on be basis you said it is OK. A fine malted
whiskey or one of the new malt beverages (Zima, Bacardi Silver, etc.)
could be fatal to a reader and I'm sure you would not want that on your
conscience.

Please be very careful of your wording in the future. Also, the
information about vinegars and alcohol has been discussed at great
length over the past few months and the malt exclusion brought to light
in those discussions, which are available in the archives.=20

Please consider a review of recently posted information before posting
INCOMPLETE information to the service and perpetuating the confusion.
AJ
