Here is the info I collected and a detailed post from A. J. at the end.

I am on my way to the natural market.

Nature's Bounty

www.puritan.com

GNC brand Magnesium 500 mg - 2 or 3 per day. Also GNC brand multivits and
Calcium

Nature Made brand - there is a Calcium with D and a separate Magnesium
supplement. They are both marked Gluten Free on the label.

citracal +D

Nature's Life makes a liquid (easy to control your dosage) calcium, magnesium
and Vit d supplement that is dairy and gluten free

Freeda Vitamins

Citracal Plus

Ca/Mg supplement from County Life

Twin Lab/s Tri Boron Plus

Citrical brands are GF. There is a version call Citrical Plus with
Magnesium. Two tablets of that versions provides the following:
Vit. D - 250mg
Vit B6 - 10mg
Calcium - 500mg
Magnesium - 80mg
Zinc - 10mg
Copper - 1mg
Manganese - 1mg
Boron - 1mg

You would need 6 tabs a day (do not take more that 2 tabs at a time since
your body can't handle more than 500mg of calcium in a single dose) to get
the 1500mg of calcium you need.Magnesium should be taken at one-half the dose
of calcium. The 6 tabs per day will only provide 240mg of the recommended
750mg, but magnesium supplements are cheap and come in varying doses, so you
can add an extra magnesium tab to make up the difference.Copper, manganese,
boron and Vit B6 help your body use the calcium, so don't worry about them -
you need them, and the dosages are at acceptable levels (based on the US
government's RDI's.)If you take 6 tabs, you will get 750mg of Vit D, which
could be too much, especially if you spend a lot of time out-of-doors without
sunscreens. Your body manufactures Vit D as a result of exposure of clean
skin to the sun. So wear a sunscreen if you take a Vit D supplement. Or
cover up with lightweight clothing. You can skip the Vit D supplement
altogether if you live in a climate where you can expose your clean, bare
arms and legs to the sun for 15-20 minutes per day 4 or 5 times a week. If
you go for a walk around the neighborhood several times a week on sunny days,
skip the jacket and that should give you your necessary dose of Vit D.I
believe Citracal has a version without the Vit D, so you could just purchase
a Vit D supplement at the 400mg dosage level. Vit D is really inexpensive
and there are a lot of GF brands available.I think there's also a Citrical
version with magnesium but no Vit D or other stuff, too. Mix and match 'til
you get what you need. Just remember to take no more than 500mg of calcium
per dose and balance it with one-half that amount (250mg) of magnesium; take
Vit D at 400mg or get out in the sun.AJ
