Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) announces their 2002 Annual Education
Conference, June 21-23, in Winston-Salem, NC.

This 2-1/2 day program is filled with over 20 speakers and more exhibitors,
great food and a program that the kids will love. Demonstrations ... classes
for the newly diagnosed ... health screenings, include bone density ...
something for everyone.

Visit http://www.gluten.net/downloads/2002AnnualConf.pdf for a pdf
version of the program and registration form.

This program is Partnered with a CME/CE program for primary care health
professionals. Friday offers several special demonstration options with
cookbook authors, professional chefs, and GF manufacturers. But hurry! Space
is limited in these programs. Exhibitors will showcase their products and
services Friday to all attendees during the opening reception.

Saturday and Sunday are filled with experts discussing a number of topics
related to gluten intolerance, diet, advocacy, health and care of persons
with CD/DH, and more.

Kids will enjoy the 2-day Day camp, filled with fun, learning activities,
games, swimming and trick or treating of the exhibitors. Special surprises
wait for everyone.

Prices are the same as 3 years ago. It's a bargain! Don't wait. Register
today. Simply print the registration form from the website above and fax or
mail it to GIG.

We look forward to you learning about southern hospitality from our North
Carolina Partner groups. See you in June.
