You are invited to the organizational meeting of the Port Townsend(WA)
Gluten Intolerance Group (partnering with GIG of North America), on
Saturday, September 21, 2002, 9:00 a.m. to noon, at Grace Lutheran Church,
1120 Walker Street, Port Townsend, WA 98368.

(As you come down the hill into Port Townsend, turn left at the 2nd stop
light onto Kearney Street. Turn right onto Blaine Street at the end of
Kearney. Turn left onto Walker Street at the end of Blaine, the Church is on
the right.

From the Keystone Ferry turn left out of the Ferry Dock and proceed to the
stop light at Kearney Street and turn right.)

Come and enjoy a fresh gluten-free (no wheat, oats, rye or barley) cinnamon
roll which will be ready and hot at 9 a.m.  Adele Fosser will demonstrate
gluten-free bread, rolls, buns and variations. She has 24 years of
gluten-free baking experience, first for her daughter and now for herself
(diagnosed a celiac in 1999).

Also happening in Port Townsend on September 21st is the Historic Homes
Tour; Cabin Fever Quilt Show, and the Sea Kayak Symposium.
