I asked Darigold about their products and received the following reply from
their customer support center. This is great news.

"We do not have such a published list but can tell you that we do not add
wheat or gluten to the following: all fluid milks, including cream, half
and half and buttermilk; butter; cottage cheese; yogurt; cheddar cheese.

We also do not add gluten to any products in our frozen dessert line,
including ice cream and frozen stick novelties. However, we have occasion
to add multiple ingredients that we obtain from outside suppliers. They
provide us with an ingredient listing of what's contained in each flavor
(i.e., cookies, wafers, pie crust, grahams, etc.); but they are not required
under FDA law to provide detailed lists of where those items are derived
from. For this reason, we advise consumers with gluten concerns to pay
special attention to ice cream ingredient statements with regard to their
dietary restrictions."

So Darigold products are gluten and wheat free!
