Hi everyone,
I recently received this response regarding the GF status of Wylers ice tea. Is this considered safe? When compnaies test for gluten is this the typical limit of detection. If anyone can help me decipher this , it would be appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. The last series of tests that Jel Sert conducted on all of our products produced a percentage rating of less than 0.016% gluten. We cannot say that Jel Sert products are totally gluten free because no test method has a 0% limit of detection. With today's methods, the best we can tell you is that there is less than 0.016% gluten.
The Jel Sert Company
Thanks,
Susan in MA
