I thought I'd share my latest experiment that turned out great.  My daughter
loves fish and I was looking to make something new.

I used Ungar's frozen gefilte fish log.  Make sure you get the one that says
Not Gebrochts on the label, that means it's gf.  I prepared it as stated on
the label, then chilled for an hour.  I then sliced it into 1" slices -
coated each slice with tapioca flour - sprinkled with garlic powder.  I then
fried in canola oil until golden brown.

It was a big hit at dinner, all enjoyed even those that aren't gf.
