In addition to Esther's astute list of criteria, I'd add:

-- Has a couple of the petite papiers in question floating around in
handbag, stuffed in books, in a folder, etc.

-- Has encountered a doctor who was not too thrilled to even see or read
the petite papiers

-- Has a sense of humor that helps keep you going!!!

On that basis, can I declare the Petite Papier Club now in session??
