Karen Hi!
I have been using the blood type diet for about two months. I like it a
lot. I was just diagnosed as hypo about a month ago. I have been on
Armour since. My blood type is A. The diet is not that hard to follow
and is basically the food that I have always eaten. I think we must
have a natural tendency to eat certain foods. When I stuck to it, I did
lose weight; however not a lot. It may be that my med is not quite
right yet. I have cheated a little because I can't seem to stop eating
chocolate chip cookies! I have found that I feel better and my
digestion is better if I follow it. I intend to incorporate it into my
health plans. Also I went to a preventive illness seminar sponsored by
2 MD's. They had positive things to say about the book - not as a fix
all, but that you will probably feel better.

>No, but I am considering buying the book "Eat Right 4 Your Type" by Dr.
>D'Adamo. It's a diet and exercise programme apparently based on your
>blood type. Has anyone tried this?
