so i was on mary shomon's about.com site (to which i have no
relationship), and i noticed a lot of links to supplements and such.
some of them really espousing their thyroid-positive qualities, and i
haven't experienced any of them. however, i just got hold of some
cash and i'd like to invest in a few of these, but i'd like to know
what the general consensus is about these kinds of products:

- do they work/help at all?
- which ones are good/useful?
- which ones are "snake oil"?
- are they okay to take together or with my armour or what?

obviously, i'm not going to hold anyone to their opinion and blame
them if something doesn't work or it goes wrong or whatever. i'm
asking based on your experiences and what you've read or heard.

here are some supplements i have been looking at: (i have no
relationship to these supplements whatsoever, and want to be clear
about that--i got to them via links from the main referring article
linked down below)

http://www.iherb.com/tf.html (some of these are awfully expensive)

http://store.yahoo.com/iherb/dailyenfusion.html

http://store.yahoo.com/iherb/dailybcom.html

and here is the link to the referring article:

http://www.thyroid-info.com/articles/topsupplements.htm#seleniumzinc

ladies and gentlemen, i know this is probably asking for more time
than just an answer from offhand knowledge, so i would like to thank
you all in advance.

best,
baron
