Hi,
I was wondering if any hypothyroid women (or men who have heard about
possible help) who get very tired a few days before their period have
found anything to help?
I take Armour and have started taking birth control pills to try to reduce
cramps and fatigue, but I could sleep all day and I have very bad cramps
during the first couple of days of my period. After that I am fine.
My lab results indicate that I do not have an iron deficiency.
Any replies are appreciated.
Vy
