Since my doctor refuses to
acknowledge the possibility of a problem, is there a natural product I can try to
see if this indeed may be my problem.

Before any treatment has a better chance of helping than just costing you time and money, you need the correct diagnosis. I have seen so many people do well on the right treatment based on the right diagnosis that I suggest that you find a good doc to work with you.

While thyroid like supplements, iodine, kelp, and a wide variety of other "natural" substances can all help some people, at best they're a shot in the dark that have a slight bit of risk. Get the best answer as quickly as possible, and you get to enjoy better health sooner.

"About.com" / thyroid information has Mary Shomon's "Top Docs" list. -It has doctors in every state who have been recommended by their patients. If we can be of help, feel free to call our office (574)287-6010 and we can answer any questions about how we handle similar problems.

Doc Don
