Its hard to imagine anyone being hyper on a dose that low but anything is
possible. In the past, when people were treated more by symptoms than lab
tests, the typical dose of thyroid medication was equal to about 200 mcg of
Synthroid!

Can you supply any info about the test results that gave you your
diagnosis?  It is possible with Hashimotos Thyroiditis (the most common
cause of hypo) that you can fluctuate between hyper and hypo.  It is also
quite possible that you had a temporary cause to be hypo and no longer need
the medication.  It is also quite possible to be completely unrelated to
your hypo.  It also sounds typial of some descriptions of menopause
symptoms but I'm guessing by your age that you've already passed that point.
