Hello all,
    I know I have seen this mentioned before in regards to Hypothyroidism.
I am in need of some help for my mother.  I believe she has a bad case of
Hypo but her dumb doctor says no because her labs are "normal".  Mind you, I
have sent many a printed paper bunch to her with articles suggesting
otherwise but she relies on this doctor and is sure he wouldn't "steer her
wrong".   She had Hypo about 15 years ago and stopped taking meds since her
labs were "normal" - yep same doctor.  I have Hashi's and have begged her to
get tested but her doctor won't even do the test because her labs are fine
and it "doesn't matter" if your labs are fine.  I know, I know!  My mother
has been a doctor's wife all her life.  She worships them.  She thinks
they're like Gods.  It's going to be a hard sell to tell her anything that
might suggest her doctor is wrong!
    Mom has just now come down with this Plantar fascitis (and has always
fit the description of Hypochondriac in my mind till I started reading about
hypo thyroid). I want to send her some concrete examples of how this is
thyroid related.  Can someone please help me help my Mom?
