I've been on a combination of unithroid and armour and had been feeling
nearly normal (a little bit of dizziness). Despite my free T3 and T4 being
normal, my tsh was about 0. Sooooo, my doc lowers my unithroid and a week
later, the fatigue, minor sore throat that comes and goes throughout the
day, and runny/stuffy nose are all back. This has been going on a month.
What's the likelihood this stuff is allergies vs. an infection? There's
been no fever. My guess is that it'll all go away once the T4 is upped.
I'd also love to know once and for all why we all have so much variation
betweeen T4/T3 levels and the TSH----why does some folks' TSH go to 0 when
their T4/T3 is normal while others TSH stays in the normal range when the
T4/T3 is normal???!!!

Imagine that, an allergist that did know something about low thryoid, and
actually suspected that could be her problem so he sent her to the right
kind
of specialist. IF only most endocrinoligist actually knew something
practical about thyroid problems.
