this is EXACTLY what I have had for years and years. I find it almost
impossible to wear a bra, as its so painful. Even the slightest prod
anywhere above my waist down my ribcage up to my armpits is extremely
painful.  Is this costocondritis?

As a child when I used to play rough and tumble with my parents, or they
used to tickle me down my sides, I would always complain that it hurt.
