Roger, with a number of endocrine glands involved, it
reminds me of my husband's case--to make a long story
short, they suspected a pituitary problem which can
affect several different hormone levels. He is
hypothyroid, hypotestosterone, low cortisol, etc.
They ultimately called it male menopause (he's 42) and
are giving him Levoxyl and testosterone. We don't
feel the whole problem is not resolved but maybe over
time. Perhaps they should check your pituitary.
BRUISING:
I have read that lack of vitamin C can contribute to
easy bruising.
