Thank you for all who responded. The overwhelming consensus was to use the
Gluten Free Pantry's brownie mix. A couple other people said to use Pamela's
and a couple of people suggested using dried out brownie crumbs and mixing
with melted butter, then patting into the pie plate. I will update and let
you know how they turn out -- along with the recipe for all those who
requested it.
