hi,
it could be either that the onboard is resetting itself because it wanted
disabling in the bios ,or in some older mainboards it may be a jumper on
your mainboard,then install your new card ..
if you are unsure ,a local pc shop will do this for you at a relatively
cheap price as it is only a small job....
