Here is a good link for what to eat and what not to eat. Remember that
total calories do matter meaning you are not going to loose any weight if
you eat 5000 calories each day. Not saying to count calories but only that
they do matter.

I basically have all the vegies i can handle, unprocessed meat,
seasonal berries and nuts. I like walnuts, sardines, and eggs. Most of my
carbs are from the vegies but i try to keep it to less then 100g/day.
