Hi,
I joined up because I have a very food-intolerant family. I've been able
to eliminate gluten from the diet of the other three members of our
family, but two of us are allergic to milk, and that keeps us from trying
many foods that we might otherwise try.

It seems that the celiac community has really put their information
together well, but I haven't been able to find good dairy free product
lists. Can you point me to some?

Also, when a product has a K pareve, but the line on the left of the K is
shaped like a backward D, does that mean dairy-free, or not dairy-free?

Thanks,
Karen
