Well, have been reading that the prosecuters may have trouble getting the
death penalty for either of the two sniping defendents if they can't prove
which one of them pulled the trigger in which killings. Also if neither one
of them rats on the other, will be a very difficult case for the prosecution
on terms of murder convictions. So Alabama may have the best chance after
all in the liquor store killing. Or maybe there's a potential case brewing
in Washingon, where Mohammad may have killed a woman. This is one
fascinating case to watch in terms of law.
Have also heard that Malvo tried to escape whilst being questioned but the
furthest he would've gotten would have been the room next door so it was for
naught.
