Yeah, but they are sooo good. Memphis is supposed to be the Barbecue Capital
of the World. Mostly it's barbecued pork, and a few, times, beef. I grew in
Texas where, if it walked on four feet, you could barbecue it. Now, Joyce
prefers Memphis Barbecue. A real treat for us is two racks (no comments,
Deri!) from Corky's.
