Hi Bobby,

When you go to print it just select pages 2 to 33 to print, the first page is a graphic (the book cover) and it may do better with the text pages.

One thing to note is that I optimised it for A5 sized paper (paperback book size), it will look a bit big on "letter" size paper. A5 looks best for E-Books.
