Ken,
I'm still dealing with the childhood aspect of CP so
what I'm about to say may not apply to adults. Alex's
physiatrist has been his #1 advocate for getting
services and treatment for ANYTHING that effected him
physically. He also made wonderful referrals to the
needed specialists when called for. If all you want is
a letter for your claim I'm sure either doc would be
fine but if you want to have a continuing care
relationship I would go with the physiatrist.
Joanne
