you might see if Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund, Inc. (DREDF)
has any ideas.

Also, if you can find Judy Huemann, she would be a great resource. She was
the assistant secretary of education in the Clinton admin.. She's still in
D.C. doing advocacy work. She's a super person and has connections
*everywhere*. Someone at DREDF would probably know where to reach her - if
not, let me know; I think I could track her down (she's a former Berkeley
person).
