Bobby,

I think you've been "blown off" by the Hon. Senator Frist. He probably
thinks you feel it's "cool" to have a letter from a real-life U.S. Senator.
He couldn't give a rat's arse what you think about Sutton's nomination,
unless, of course, 51% of his constituency felt the same.

Peace. Out.

Subject: Sutton Nomination

List,

This is a letter I received from my Senator(finally) regarding the
judicial appointment of Jeffrey Sutton.

Bobby

Dear Dr. Greer:

Thank you for contacting me concerning the nomination of Mr. Jeffrey
Sutton to the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati. It is an
honor to serve you in the United States Senate and a privilege to respond to
your concerns.

I appreciate your letter which outlines your concerns over Mr. Sutton.
I
believe it is important to confirm those judicial appointees who will uphold
the foundational principles of our nation's legal system. I will support
those nominees whom I believe are qualified, have strong integrity and a
high
regard for the Constitution. Should Mr. Sutton's confirmation come before
the full Senate, I will keep your thoughts in mind.

Again, thank you for contacting me. Please continue to inform me how I
may better serve you throughout my tenure in the Senate.

    With warm regards, I am

                    Sincerely,

                    Bill Frist, M.D.

                    United States Senator
