Subject: Comments? Requirements for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
2.0

WAI Interest Group:

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) invites comment on an updated
version
of the Requirements document for the Web Content Accessibility
Guidelines
2.0 (WCAG 2.0):
         http://www.w3.org/TR/wcag2-req/
also available at the dated URI:
         http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-wcag2-req-20020426/

W3C/WAI's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Working Group has already
made several working drafts of its 2.0 guidelines available for public
comment,
         http://www.w3.org/TR/wcag20/
and is incorporating comments that they have received into an upcoming
new
draft.

The Requirements document describes the goals of current WCAG 2.0
development, and summarizes working group consensus items to date. The
Requirements document therefore provides some perspective on where WCAG
2.0
is headed, and provides an opportunity to comment on needs and
priorities
to be addressed.

Comments may be sent to the address noted in the Requirements document.
Comments received by June 3 are most useful to the working group.

Please review early & often,

- Judy
