Usb was NEVER meant to be long range. That being said, you could always TRY
a longer cable. The 5M limit is due to power issues. If a device uses the
max power available from a USB host then with more than 5M of cable the
voltage drop is large enough such that the actual voltage seen by the device
is below spec. If you have a low power device, or a self powered device, you
SHOULD be able to go farther. However, 25M IS the ABSOLUTE limit, going
beyond that will result in no communication. TTYL
