My PC locks up during boot about one-third of the time. This occurs once
the Windows banner appears and the floppy drive access light won't go out.
Re-booting usually is successful. I suspect it is a timing problem during
the hardware query. I would like to have some help in isolating the problem
and then fixing it.
I am running Windows98 using an Asus P4T MB with a Pentium 4 1.5 GHz
processor and 256 MB RAM
