In the case when your Athlon has the Thunderbord core then the
difference will be the same as in the case of Pentium III and Celeron
Coppermine. On the simple applications you couldn't see it. However in
the Slot A case you couldn't be able to upgraid it, but in the Case of
Socket A this would be due to the mobo. Some mobo can use the Durons
only, but another Athlon and Duron.
