I agree with Ken, make every day count. When my dad was diagnosed with
prostate cancer, it was Stage 4 and had spread to the bone; he was given 3
months to live. He lived 18 months.
Sounds like you and Laura need to go see her doctor together and sit down
and have a talk with him to get things straight.
