Ken,

    I agree with Kat that you should use the term, "Repetitive Stress Injury"
or "Repetitive Motion Injury". I do not think you, as a lay person, should
attempt to pin point your problem in terms of specific ligaments, tendons
and/or joints involve. Just described the things you find difficult to
perform and the pain involved as the result of years of the over use of your
fingers, hands and wrists. If your forearms have a stinging/burning sensation
at night, I would mention that also, since that is a sign of carpal tunnel
syndrome.
