Hi folks,

For those of you interested in perusing the current scientific literature
(peer-reviewed science and medical journals), a useful website is Pubmed,
which can be reached at the following link:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi

This website allows you to search based on author, subject, and several other
criteria. It will then link you to abstracts from various journals, which
you can sort by publication date, journal, author, etc. Some of the articles
can be downloaded full-text from Pubmed. For others, you will have to either
purchase the article online or get it from a local university or public
library.

However, for those of you curious about issues like oats and gluten content,
current Celiac research, and so forth, this is an excellent resource. I
recommend journals such as Science, Nature, The Lancet, or The New England
Journal of Medicine for more "broad" scientific and clinical reviews. There
are also several medical journals that focus on gasteronterology research
that have published excellent articles on Celiac.

Good health and happy hunting!
Jessica
