I just returned from a trip to the grocery store in which I discovered
that the label for Hormel Premium Chunk Breast of Chicken in water has
changed.  It used to list "modified potato starch" and I ate a lot of
it.  It now instead lists "modified food starch."  Does anyone know if
it is still safe or if the formulation has changed along with the label?
