I am having fun with this almond flour. I made a mixture of almond flour and crushed GF corn flakes (from Kinnikinnick)--probably half and half. I didn't measure. I added a little paprika (optional) and rolled chicken tenders in it. I fried it in margarine--could use whatever you wish. I really enjoyed them. If you can't have corn (cornflakes), just use the almond flour by itself. I fried some that way also. I realize there are other flours that work for the chicken but there is something in the flavor of the almond flour that just tastes better to me. Now I want to make a pie crust with it. Have any of you done that? If so, I welcome the recipe. I do have one that came from the following site for rice and almond flour pie crust. I might try that. I think the bread recipe given to you a few days ago might make good hamburger buns.
