Hi all,
I received one e-mail with some helpful suggestions as follows:

>There are chicken sausages by casual gourmet, all of their stuff is GF.
There is also a company that makes veggie burgers and meatballs in the
"organic" section of the produce dept., and they are GF, and they are called
Franklin farms fresh veggiburger. I usually get them at Publix. Other than
that, I don't know of any sausage, sorry. I hope this leads you in the
right direction. <
