The article below is WAY out-dated, but I just
happened across an article in Belle Magazine
and found it interesting that a food site dating
back to Nov, 1999, would have bothered to
explain wheat intolerance in such detail. It's
not CD, and the explanation in today's
standards is outdated, but it is still worth
looking at.
