Ok...
Velveeta:
Just about everyone states velveeta cheese is GF in the USA, but not in
Canada.  (One person said the complete opposite).  Most people say they have
been eating it without any problem.  One person said they had a reaction
after eating velveeta but were not positive it was related to the cheese.
Someone recommended Kroger's cheese which is supposed to be just like
velveeta, however I don't believe that store chain is anywhere in my area or
the north-east.  I think I will give velveeta a try.

Cocktail Sauces:
The following sauces were said to be GF:
McCormicks
Heelova Good
Heinz
Kens
Crosse and Blackwell
