Hello all,

This is my first post.  I remember receiving information from this listserv on making GF rice crisp treats from scratch.  The instructions were to substitute GF rice crisps for Rice Krispies and to use GF marshmallows in the original recipe.  The thing is, I cannot find a GF brand of marshmallows.  My whole foods store does not carry marshmallows and the Jet-Puffed ones were not on a list of GF items I recently received from Kraft.

I've made marshmallows from scratch before, but they don't hold up well when heated.  They pretty much dissolve back into corn syrup.

Does anyone know of a brand or recipe that holds up in cooked recipes?
