I understand what you are going through.  I live in the US and have what is
called here, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.  This is the same as ME in your
country.

Your best ally is yourself and Research, research and research.  Get to know
your body and how you respond to different things.  Drugs for us is a no
win situation.

You are not alone.  I am just as sensitive as yourself.

The doctor is in, Joan.  The doctor is you.
