I was not aware that there was such a thing as soy protein without
isoflavones.  How can you tell which soy products have isoflavones and
which do not?  Also,  I get mixed messages about the harmful affects of soy-
  is it just harmful for people with autoimmune thyroid disease?  Or does
it have negative consequences for all thyroid disease sufferers?  What
about those who do not have thyroid disease?
