Hi Nancy

One way that I know of to test cortisol is a saliva test.  There are
several companies who do it.  I think if you do a search for saliva tests
you may find something.  One is Great Smokies Labs.  Most alternative
type doctors or naturopaths know how, and will order.  When you have
adrenal fatigue, from stress etc., you can down regulate the adrenals and
let them rest by using something called Phosphorylated serines. I myself
am going to get tests done and consider using this if the tests show it
may help.  Check out these sites.
