I'm sorry I don't know much about coral calcium, except that it contains many trace minerals. They have it for sale at Puritan's Pride (www.puritan.com) and probably other vitamin sites as well.
I have questions, though, about how you were diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism and your symptoms. Are calcium crisis symptoms similar to Hashimotos's symptoms? Do they include muscle cramping? Were you diagnosed through a blood test? I've often wondered if I have something else going wrong besides Hashi's (and PCOS, mitral valve prolapse, vitiglio, etc.), since years of different treatments haven't done much to alleviate all sorts of disparate symptoms.
