The original poster asked what the chocolate cravings meant AND how to
deal with carb cravings.  Chocolate cravings are often a classic sign
that there is a need for magnesium.  I mentioned the amnio acid
l-glutamine because it is known as a way to address the wider issue of
carb cravings.  If it were me I'd take the magnesium because it does
many more things than just alleviate chocolate cravings (smile) and the
l-glutamine to calm my brain down so it stops screaming for carbs.  It
is best to take it on an empty stomach.  If you dissolve it in water and
then drink it you will notice that it is a bit sweet.
