Your thyroid scan states you have a cold (hypothyroid) nodule on the left
nodule of your thyroid.

Although your TSH is within the normal range, your Free T4 is low and your
Free T3 is on the very edge of low normal.  Sounds to me like you will need
thyroid hormone.   Probably could start on T4 (Synthroid or Levoxyl) and take
the same tests in a month.  Cold nodules can be suppressed with enough
hormone.
